Cambridge Reactor Design introduces a line of affordable high pressure hastelloy C276 batch reactors for organic synthesis. These new designs will be welcomed by not only investigators with limited space or budgets, but also by researchers building multiple reactor installations.

The batch reactor is equipped with gas inlet and outlet valves, a liquid sampling valve, pressure gauge, safety rupture disc, internal thermocouple and quick connections. The wetted parts are all constructed from Hastelloy C276 and can be set up to any configuration, up to 200 bar and 200 C.

This system comes fully assembled. Heating is with feedback temperature control and strong magnetic stirring is offered with either a IKA or Heidolf units.

The vessel is designed, built and can be certified to the ASME Pressure Vessel Code, European community P.E.D. and other appropriate local codes. Electrical safety is certified by CSA and the EC-CE mark.
